No artificial substances are added. On the haciendas, only the falling leaves of the cocoa, banana and apamate trees, as well as the yucca and the ocumo plants, are used as compost soil. The compost soil is obtained from the fruiting bodies - the Mazorcas. So the cocoa comes closer to cocoa again.
