Choco Loco- Spirit of Chai

Zutaten:
- mit magischem Criollo-Edel-Rohkakao von Mayamunay aus Venezuela in Zeremonie-Qualität
- Ergibt bis zu vier Liter zauberhaften Chai
Zubereitung:
Pro Liter ca. 15g (3 geh. EL) Gewürzmischung in einem Topf ohne Fett sanft anrösten, bis es anfängt zu duften. Dann mit gewünschter Milchalternative und Wasser aufgießen (50:50, kalt) und nach Belieben süßen. Bei geschlossenem Deckel und hoher Hitze aufkochen lassen.
Anschließend vom Herd nehmen, kurz warten und den schwarzen Tee hinzufügen (3-4g pro Liter, optional). Nach 2-3 Minuten alles durch ein feines Sieb abgießen und genießen!
